This is the pizza oven I have here in Mexico. It is connected to natural gas. Before I had natural gas, I tried with cylinders of gas.
Apart from being unreliable, the force of the gas entering the oven was not enough. That, despite I installed a different valve. Natural gas solved everything. Now I can take out a dough bun from the freezer in the morning. Mist it and cover it with a plastic film, and leave it on the kitchen counter for about an hour and a half or a little bit less. Depending on whether the sun is warming the room. Then, at lunchtime, I lit the oven, prepare the dough on a screen, and bake it off. Everything is ready within 10 minutes.
