2 x 10" PIZZA SCREENS

1 DOUGH KNIFE
1 + 3 EXTRA PACKS OF YEAST MIX.
One pack is needed for the pizza flour*. The other three are needed if you want to make 3 more batches like the first. You think most
likely that you know how to make pizza dough, but for the sake of it, please follow my instructions. That way, you will get an excellent result. A result making it possible for you to make beautiful Calzones. Watch the video and learn. The video was made in 2006, so while it shows how to make, other information is not valid anymore. After you have used the three extra yeast packs, you can order more, OR you can make the dough as you want.

This dough makes about 10 x 5 oz dough buns. Each bun makes a 10" thin crust
