PIZZA BY BJORN, KIT & MIX

I have a past in making pizzas. I have spent 12 years of my life starting and running three pizzerias. Two in Sweden and one in Elroy, Wisconsin. My establishments have always turned out to be destinations for lovers of real pizza. In 1983, I invented a product (pizza screens; though Chicago Metal Craft changed the original design in 1987 to a design more suitable for their manufacturing process) that changed the way of making pizzas are made worldwide. Though most pizza makers still believe that placing the crust on a hot surface is the best way...In 2006, I also invented the first, and possibly also so far the only working KIT & MIX for pizza to be made in your home.

I presume some of you would like to try it, so for that reason, I make the kit & Mix available here also. If you live in the USA, I will not include the flour in the box, as the customs will most likely freak out. Ovens in the USA reach, in general, 500°F. That temperature is enough for the Napoli, thin-crust pizzas I serve. That said, it is not necessary to buy a fancy oven. And as I will introduce you to the way I invented to make pizza in 1983 on a screen. there is no need of stones.

If you live in Mexico, you better buy a small pizza oven. As due to ovens sold here do not reach 500 Fahrenheit
