This is one of the first paintings I created. I started to paint in 1987. This is probably from 1988. A dear artist friend in Sweden told me I should keep some of my first paintings and sell them first when I have retired.....

While art is available at arts and craft shows everywhere in the USA, Mexico doesn't have ANY of that. The only arts and crafts sold on markets in Mexico are inspired by Mexican heritage. Other art, like the one I create, for example, is only available at high-end galleries in Mexico City, San Miguel de Allende, and Monterrey. And as 80% of the population is poor, it is difficult to sell ANYTHING HERE.
